Primitive twig.

primitive twig was established in 1989.  bill and marcia finks sculptures evolved  from their love of graphics, metal and color.  

their dolls grew from their love of vintage tin toys.  their designs are dictated by the interesting shapes and lithography of old toys. they search the globe looking for unusual pieces to incorporate into their sculptures.

their work has been featured in the new york times, the chicago tribune, newsweek, house and garden, elle decor, vogue living, country home, country living, martha stewart living, redbook and home magazine.  works also appears on the hit tv show how i met your mother and numerous other show sets. their art has also graced the holiday windows at bergdorf goodman, where they have been a mainstay since 2009.
